Third Party Technical Services

Third Party Technical Support: Technical support is primarily provided directly by vendors to their customers.  In cases where manufacturer tech support is no longer available or needs to be supplemented, third party providers step forward to fill the gap.  Some providers specialize on call center equipment from a specific vendor, whereas others cover many major products.  Technical support is also available for general computer and network issues, as well as telephony configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.  Third party technical support is also a great way to combat finger pointing between various vendors and service providers.
