Fax-on-Demand Systems

Fax-on-Demand Systems: Fax-on-demand systems automatically provide callers with faxed information in response to their needs.  Basic systems, prompt the caller for their fax number and then send a pre-determined fax.  Advanced systems allow the caller to select from a menu to documents or choose multiple documents to be faxed, as well as a opt for a fax listing all available documents.  Many systems also capture information from the caller, either via touch tone input or recording spoken responses to pre-programmed questions.
