Web-Enabled Call Center System Providers

Web-Enabled Call Center Systems: Today's call centers do more than handle phone calls, they also process contacts made via the Internet.  Web-enabled systems allow for processing of both phone calls and Internet generated traffic.  Common features include email message processing, text chat, VoIP (talk to an agent while looking at a website), assisted browsing, page push, and call-me and talk-to-me buttons.
