The annual NAEO (National Amtelco Equipment Owners) conference was held March 13-16 in New Orleans, Louisiana. The 1Call division of Amtelco hosted several pre-conference sessions about their Infinity system, including:
- What’s New with Infinity in Healthcare: a look at the newest Infinity software features that help healthcare organizations reduce errors, improve efficiency, and contain costs.
- Sharing Your Infinity: Expanding Infinity’s Capabilities Throughout Your Organization: an exploration of additional healthcare departments that could benefit from using Infinity. Attendees also shared ways that Infinity is already being used throughout their organizations.
- Application Maintenance: a review of the various Infinity applications, and what healthcare organizations need to do on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to keep them running smoothly.
- Top Ten Cool IS Features: a detailed look at the “coolest 10” Infinity IS features for healthcare organizations.

In related news, Next year’s NAEO (National Amtelco Equipment Owners) and HIMSS (Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society) conferences will be held concurrently in Las Vegas. NAEO is an independent association of Amtelco equipment owners, dedicated to the education, networking, and development of best practices among members.
