Amtelco Releases Intelligent Series 4.1 Update & Announces Seminar

1Call, a division of AmtelcoAmtelco’s 1Call Division announced the release of Intelligent Series (IS) Version 4.1. This new version includes hundreds of updates, including enhancements for IS Scripting, miSecureMessages Apps, security, and the new IS Mobile App for Apple devices, giving physicians and staff instant access to messages, directories, status, and on-call information. Other additions include secure two-way email, a Vocera interface, appointment scheduling, class and event registration, SMS text messaging, new IS-based call behaviors, a redesigned IS Web interface with interactive conversation-oriented messaging to streamline communications, a new system event manager with automated notification for specific events, enhancements to the IS Reporting interface, and IS faxing.

Amtelco’s Vice President of Research and Development, Kevin Beale stated, “We are thrilled to be able to release this impressive software update. Countless hours have been spent researching, developing, and refining each feature, ensuring they will meet the needs of our customers, and helping them improve communications with their patients, and their physicians.”

In other news, 1Call opened registration for the Eighth Annual Leadership Conference and Training Seminar, held September 23-25, 2014, at The Madison Concourse Hotel, in downtown Madison, Wisconsin.
